Sadhana means to have a daily spiritual practice. It is an immense power to have the practice to come back to day after day.
We use the morning practice to transform any challenging emotions and transform it to deeper embodiment and presence.
We want to start the day from a relaxed place and in flow.
A sadhana practice can be a daily morning practise or a meditation.
It can also be to leave some addictions or bad habits.
It can also be to change some of your core conditional behaviours.
I strongly advise you to keep your sexual energy during these weeks.
It means to not peak your sexual energy - it means to not have ejaculation orgasms for men and clitoris orgasms for women.
