Get a Taste of Your Inner Wildman

Awesome that you heard the call from your inner Wildman.

I believe it is more important than ever that you do your inner practices.

The consequences become more obvious in the challenging time we are living in now.

When the outer securities or social connections fall away,

it is easy to find strategies to numb down the pain.

Our bad habits and old addictions might come alive.

If we are getting too stressed or numbed down we are seeing only a limited perspective.

It is easy to become rigid, stubborn or slightly depressed.

I want to welcome you on a journey to leave bad habits

and instead discovering the endless inside your body.

I want to give you an opportunity to own your life force energy.

This journey into the Wilderness requires us to be brave and face our fears.

We start with a webinar on Sunday 24th at 7 pm CET.

Here you get an overview of the journey and learn the different Wildman practices.

You will learn about The Wildman, The Lover archetypes and get fired up with The Warrior archetype to get a sense of the Embodied Practices you will be offered during the challenge.  

Empower your Body and Find Mental Clarity
You will have the opportunity to join in with powerful workouts where you can release stress your body.  You will transform difficult emotions into power.  You can begin the day from a place of mental clarity and focus. You will increase your vibrations, change how you think, feel and act on a daily basis.

The Wildman Workouts are amazing to open up your blocked energy channels.
It will also support you to stay in connection with your own body, emotions and you can begin to live your life from a flow state. The workouts are taking elements from kundalini yoga, breathwork, qigong, traditional workouts and active mediations.

How is it like?

About the program
  • First register for the 7-day Challenge and you will get email and material to prepare.
  • We meet Sunday 24th Januar at 7 pm CET on Zoom
    - Here you will learn about the Wildman Journey and how you can empower ourselves.
    You will make your commitments for the 7 days and get accountability partners.
    - It is so much power in doing this together with others!!

  • During the week you will do the different empowerment practices that you have decided.

  • You have the opportunity to do live Workouts at 7 am CET.
    Monday 25th 7 am: The Wildman Workout
    Wednesday 27th 7 am: The Lover Workout
    Friday 29th 7 am: The Warrior Workout
    Saturday 30th 9 am: The Magician Workout

    The session will be uploaded right after so that you can do them anytime you like.
    (You will have access to these workouts also after the challenge.)

  • Sunday 31st 5 pm CET: We are gathering again to share our experiences, ask questions and deepen our different practices.

  • You will have access to the workouts also after the challenge. 

  • Access to Wildman Brotherhood forum to share experiences and receive support.
